submitted by Kate M. - |Recommended: YesOverall, I Am Very Happy To Be Here. — I really like this place compared to my last, but there were lots of issues with appliances. We have had to submit many, many maintenance requests. However, the maintenance team is extremely friendly and professional. Also, the parking area property next to the alley, is filled with trash daily and it falls into the parking lot.

The appliance industry is really struggling to keep up with demand on parts and supplies, not to mention labor, so I am sorry it was such a kerfuffle! I will ask Alex to keep a closer eye on that garbage area too. That is kind of a struggle all over the campus area, so I know the feeling. Hopefully, the rest of your stay with us goes without a hitch! Thanks! -Traci
