|Recommended: YesVery Nice Property And Management, Very Loud Neighbors — The property is really nice and they respond quickly to maintenance requests which is nice. The only downside is that the walls facing outside are not really soundproof at all and you can hear people clearly even if they are just talking. The residents are all friendly and aren't noisy but every house that is around the property parties and generally are inconsiderate of the people living around them. Really the only downside to living in the Lupine are the neighbors which isn't the managements fault.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location With Nice Infrastructure — Really nice layout with a balcony looking at sunset. Nice location with optimal distance from campus and grocery stores. Limited street parking is shared with other neighbors, but single spot in back of unit is great. Well made appliances and insulation. Good infrastructure so rooms are nice and bathrooms.
