submitted by Elena S. - Jul 29, 2021|Recommended: YesNice College Apartment Near Campus — I really enjoyed living at the Pearl during my last year of college. The apartment was spacious and in a great location. It is on a very busy street where there are loud cars, parties, and you can always hear what the people in the apartment above you are doing, so if you are sensitive to noise this may not be the place for you. Other than this, management was nice and always helpful, and I would rent from the Hive again if I were staying in Eugene.

response from property - Aug 05, 2021Thank you for teh kind words, Elena! You were a great tenant and I am happy you enjoyed your time with us! (except that pesky traffic, of course! lol) Have a great rest of your summer!! -Traci
